Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing 3D Printing. We strive to provide high-quality prints and filament, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our policy regarding returns and cancellations.
1. Definitions

Company: Refers to 3D Printing (referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

Goods: The items offered for sale, including 3D printed models, filament, and hardware.

Custom Orders: Any Goods manufactured to your specific designs, files (STL/OBJ), or personalized specifications.

Orders: A request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

You: The individual or entity accessing the Service or purchasing Goods.
2. Custom Prints & Personalized Goods
Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, Custom Orders are exempt from refunds and returns. * Once payment is received and the printing process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

We do not offer refunds for Custom Orders based on design flaws in the user-provided files or “change of mind.”

If a Custom Order arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect not present in the digital file, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement evaluation.
3. Your Cancellation Rights (Non-Custom Goods)
For standard, non-customized stock items (e.g., unopened filament, spare parts, or pre-printed catalog models), you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us via a clear statement:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
4. Conditions for Returns
For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

The Goods are in their original packaging and have not been used.

Filament must be vacuum-sealed and unopened (moisture exposure renders it non-resalable).
The following Goods cannot be returned:

Any Custom Orders or Goods made to your specifications.

Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

Items on sale (unless prohibited by local law).
5. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Items should be sent to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or valid proof of delivery.
6. Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
