Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
1. Definitions
-
Company: Refers to 3D Printing (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
-
Service: Refers to the Website (https://3dprinting.mt).
-
Goods: Refers to the 3D printed items, filament, hardware, or digital files offered for sale.
-
Custom Goods: Any items printed specifically to Your provided specifications, files (STL/OBJ), or personalized requests.
-
You: The individual or legal entity accessing the Service.
2. Acknowledgment
By accessing our Service or placing an order, You agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service without adult supervision.
3. Custom Printing & Manufacturing
Because we provide manufacturing services based on user-provided data, the following rules apply:
-
No Refunds on Custom Goods: Once payment is received, work on Custom Goods begins immediately. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for custom prints after payment.
-
Design Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the structural integrity and design of the files you provide. We are not liable for prints that fail due to poor 3D modeling, thin walls, or “unprintable” geometry provided by You.
-
Intellectual Property: By submitting a file for printing, You warrant that You own the rights to that design or have a valid license to print it. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by You for the specific order in question.
We are not liable for:
-
Damage caused by the misuse of 3D printed parts.
-
Heat deformation (e.g., leaving PLA prints in a hot car).
-
Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to the FDM/SLA 3D printing process (such as layer lines or support marks).
5. “AS IS” Disclaimer
The Service and all produced Goods are provided “AS IS”. While we strive for the highest quality, we provide no warranty that the Goods will meet your specific functional requirements or be “error-free,” particularly when printing from user-provided files.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access and cancel any pending orders immediately, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If You have a concern, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at t&c@3dprinting.mt.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
